NSDI Unveils Newly Renovated Headquarters at Fairmount Center

Nile Sisters Development Initiative (NSDI) has completed the renovation of its Fairmount Center headquarters in City Heights, creating an expanded and modernized space for behavioral health services, workforce development and community-based programs.

The completion marks an important milestone for NSDI, strengthening the organization’s capacity to deliver programs and services from a permanent community-based campus in the City Heights community it has served for more than two decades.

With renovations complete, NSDI’s headquarters will transition to its newly renovated space in Suite 100 effective October 1, 2026.
