FULSToP CAB Completes Successful First Year of Advocacy

California Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez», County of San Diego Supervisor Nathan Fletcher», and City of San Diego Council President Georgette Gómez» recognized the 2018–19 FULSToP CAB» (community advocacy board) members for completing their first year of tobacco non-proliferation advocacy. For the past year, CAB members representing both San Diego and Orange counties have participated in several state and national tobacco-control activities and training sessions including . . .

Additionally, the CAB selected one member to become the national youth ambassador for the 2019 Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.

In Anaheim» (Orange County), FULSToP CAB members participated in City Council meetings and met with Mayor Harry S. Sidhu» and Councilmember Jose F. Moreno».

In August 2019, FULSToP CAB members will participate in the Truth Initiative» Truth Action Summit in Southern California. 

FULSTop currently is recruiting CAB members in San Diego and Orange counties for the 2019–20 term.
